Situated in Plymouth, Devonport High School for Girls (DHSG) provides education to over 800 girls ranging from 11 to 18 years old. Functioning as a selective state grammar school for girls, DHSG attained academy status in 2011. Thanks to the funding acquired through its designation as a Specialist Language College in 2005, the school upgraded its facilities, incorporating state-of-the-art computer rooms, language laboratories, and a modern library.
DHSG has a track record of consistently achieving outstanding exam results, and the school is recognized for the substantial progress that students make leading up to their GCSE level.
