Dr Challoner’s High School, also known as DCHS, is a girls-only school located in Little Chalfont, Buckinghamshire. Since its establishment in 1962, the school has been dedicated to providing education for girls aged between 11 and 18. It holds academic and specialist status as a Sports and Language College.

Paper 1: Comprehension, Technical English & Verbal Reasoning
Paper 2: Non-Verbal Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning & Mathematics

The 11+ Test in Buckinghamshire is administered by GL Assessment. The Buckinghamshire Secondary Transfer Test consists of two papers, assessing:

1. Comprehension, technical English, and Verbal Reasoning

2. Non-Verbal Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning, and Mathematics

Each test paper has a duration of approximately 45 minutes, and all questions are presented in a multiple-choice format. The 11+ Secondary Transfer Test is structured with the following weightings:

- Verbal Ability: 50%

- Non-Verbal Ability: 25%

- Numerical Ability: 25%

Responses to all questions are recorded on a separate answer sheet, with each correct answer earning one raw age-standardized mark.

Prior to undertaking the Secondary Transfer Test, students will be provided with the opportunity to participate in a Practice Test. The purpose of the Practice Test is to simulate the test-taking experience under exam conditions and assist students in becoming familiar with the layout of the 11+ STT.
