Birmingham 11+ Exam consists of two GL papers comprising English Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Mathematics and Non-Verbal Reasoning.
The Birmingham 11 Plus exam is composed of two GL test papers, each lasting around 60 minutes. These papers consist of individually timed sections that encompass:
1. English Comprehension, which evaluates comprehension skills, including inference, without a writing component.
2. Verbal Reasoning, assessing logical thinking, proficiency in the English language, and vocabulary.
3. Mathematics, measuring problem-solving abilities and arithmetic skills, covering topics such as number, measurement, geometry, algebra, and statistics.
4. Non-Verbal + Spatial Reasoning, both testing logical reasoning and intelligence.
