Stage 1 - SET (English and Maths)
Stage 2 - NWSSEE (Englisha and Maths)

Wallington High School for Girls conducts its 11+ Exam in two stages:

In the first stage, students take multiple-choice tests in both Maths and English, each lasting around 45 minutes. This Selective Eligibility Test (SET) is coordinated with other local schools in the Borough of Sutton. The outcome of the SET determines a student's eligibility for the second stage.

The second stage consists of non-multiple-choice tests in Maths and English. The Maths section comprises standard format questions, while the English paper involves a Writing task where students respond to a given prompt.

At WHSG, the final rank order is determined by aggregating the scores from the SET and the two parts of the second test, with equal weight given to each (in a ratio of 1:1:1) across subjects.
