English and Verbal Reasoning
Mathematics and Non-Verbal Reasoning (including Spatial Reasoning)
The 11 Plus Exam format for Woodford County High School is crafted by GL Assessment and comprises two papers:
Paper 1: This is a 55-minute English and Verbal Reasoning Paper. The English section spans 30 minutes, including a 5-minute practice test. The Verbal Reasoning section lasts 25 minutes, also with a 5-minute practice test. All questions in this paper are in a multiple-choice format.
Paper 2: This 55-minute paper encompasses both Maths and Non-Verbal Reasoning. The Non-Verbal Reasoning section runs for 25 minutes and consists of 5 subtests. Following this is the Mathematics section, which lasts 30 minutes and includes a 5-minute practice segment. Similar to Paper 1, all questions in Paper 2 are presented in a multiple-choice format.
